Psyllium consists of the so-called seed husks of the seeds of plants and is composed of more than 80% fibre. The fibres can absorb a lot of moisture
and make the intestinal contents softer and bulkier. Ensure sufficient fluid intake when using Psyllium.
Fibre preparation
Ingredients:
Psyllium fibres (fleawort seed).
Usage:
Take 2 x 2 heaped measuring spoons (4 grams per measuring spoon) well before a meal, mixed with water or juice.
