Usage
As a dietary supplement for adults, in most cases take 2 times 3 scoops per day with water or another liquid. After a few months, the dosage can be reduced to 2 times 2 scoops per day. In cases of increased need, the dosage can be increased to 3 times 4 scoops per day.
