Fine, I've had a clearer head since using omega 3. And this is the highest concentration and also the most purified variant I have been able to find.

I am now on my second pot and I notice a better effect throughout my [.....] in my whole body. I have searched for a remedy that works well for me. For now, I will continue to use this as support.
Premium product, no fish taste, fairly easy to take despite my difficulty with large capsules and/or pills.

Ingredients
Deep seaFISH oil concentrate (from anchovy, sardine and mackerel), FISH gelatin, humectant: glycerol, natural orange flavour, antioxidant: blend of rosemary and tocopherol-rich extract, vitamin D (cholecalciferol concentrate).
For adults, take 1 to 3 softgels per day with a meal and water.
This dietary supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 10 years old.
The daily intake of EPA+DHA should not exceed 5 g.
Store in a cool (Max. 25°C) and dry place, away from light, do not freeze.

These capsules are too large for me to swallow. I now cut them open and mix the oil into a smoothie. I noticed that the capsule wall was rather stiff and thick. Is this for a specific reason? Perhaps for delayed release? Or does it not matter that I consume the fish oil this way?

Is it true that there is beef gelatin in this? In the other variants, there is fish gelatin. Could you please check this?

On 02 september 2016 by Customer serviceThe MorEPA Platinum (improved formula) in combination with the Mega Vites is certainly an excellent combination. In autumn, winter, and spring, you might consider adding a 25 microgram capsule, such as the Super D3 25 mcg (1000 IU).
On 26 july 2016 by Customer service"In a recent study comparing the absorption of EPA and DHA in the form of triglycerides over the long term with ethyl esters, it was found that the triglyceride form is even better absorbed. Minami has succeeded in offering EPA and DHA in this triglyceride form in very high concentrations, which previously was not technically possible in such high dosages per capsule."
The dosage recommendation has also been adjusted from 1 capsule per day to 1 to 3 capsules per day. Based on this higher dosage recommendation, the manufacturer is allowed to make the following two health claims:
"EPA and DHA contribute to the maintenance of normal blood pressure with a daily intake of 3 g EPA+DHA (3 softgels/day).
EPA and DHA contribute to the maintenance of normal triglyceride levels in the blood with a daily intake of 2 g EPA+DHA (2 softgels/day)."
On 23 june 2014 by Customer serviceCombining the two is ideal. They can be taken simultaneously without issue (as vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin, the fish oil enhances absorption).
