Ingredients
Deep-sea FISH oil concentrate (from anchovy, sardine, and mackerel), FISH gelatin, humectant: glycerol, evening primrose oil (Oenothera biennis L.), strawberry flavouring, antioxidant: blend of rosemary and tocopherol-rich extract, vitamin D (cholecalciferol concentrate).
For children from 6 years and adults: 2 softgels per day. Take with a meal with water or chew the softgels.
You can also mix the contents of the softgels with food.
Store in a dry place, sealed and at room temperature.

Which Minami fish oil variant would you recommend for a 14-year-old boy?
On 27 january 2026 by Customer serviceMorEPA Platinum + Vitamin D3 would be suitable for a 14-year-old boy, particularly because of the combination with vitamin D3. Unfortunately, it is currently out of stock. A good alternative would be the Super Omega D3 from Vitaminstore.
My daughter is 12 years old and is starting secondary school. Until what age are these fish oil capsules suitable? We've been using them for quite some time... but until what age, and when should we switch to others, perhaps those designed for teenagers?
On 13 january 2026 by Customer serviceMinami Nutrition MOR EPA Kids 6+ can be safely used from the age of 6 and can continue to be used after the age of 12 if you find it beneficial. There is no strict maximum age. Many parents opt to switch to an “adult” omega-3 (such as regular fish oil or vegan algae oil) with slightly higher EPA/DHA values around the time their children start secondary school. Notably, a DHA level of 250 mg is beneficial for the brain.
Is this a triglyceride form?

Can my 2-year-old daughter take this?
On 19 november 2024 by Customer serviceNo, due to the risk of choking, the use of chewable capsules is not recommended for children under 3 years old. Furthermore, MorEPA is particularly suitable for children aged 6 and above. For children aged 3 to 6 years, there is the MorDHA Mini 3+ Strawberry.
However, the liquid Möllers Cod Liver Oil tutti frutti, which contains vitamins A and D, is very suitable for a 2-year-old.

From the Minami range, there is also the MorDHA Mini 3+ Strawberry. Unlike the Solgar product, this one contains not 100 mg of DHA per capsule, but 249 mg. Thus, it is significantly higher dosed than the Solgar product and proportionately much more cost-effective. A jar of 60 capsules lasts two months (or one month for two children), whereas the Lit'l squirts have a two-per-day formula, meaning the 90-capsule jar only provides 45 daily doses (for two children, this would run out in just 22 days).
