Ingredients
Deep-sea FISH oil concentrate (from anchovy, sardine, and mackerel), FISH gelatin, humectant: glycerol, evening primrose oil (Oenothera biennis L.), strawberry flavouring, antioxidant: blend of rosemary and tocopherol-rich extract, vitamin D (cholecalciferol concentrate).
For children from 6 years and adults: 2 softgels per day. Take with a meal with water or chew the softgels.
You can also mix the contents of the softgels with food.
Store in a dry place, sealed and at room temperature.
This product is a dietary supplement.
Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Can my 2-year-old daughter take this?
On 19 november 2024 by Customer serviceNo, due to the risk of choking, the use of chewable capsules is not recommended for children under 3 years old. Furthermore, MorEPA is particularly suitable for children aged 6 and above. For children aged 3 to 6 years, there is the MorDHA Mini 3+ Strawberry.
However, the liquid Möllers Cod Liver Oil tutti frutti, which contains vitamins A and D, is very suitable for a 2-year-old.
On 17 january 2017 by Customer serviceBoth supplements provide both DHA and EPA, but the Solgar product places a bit more emphasis on DHA, while the MorEPA focuses more on EPA.
From the Minami range, there is also the MorDHA Mini 3+ Strawberry. Unlike the Solgar product, this one contains not 100 mg of DHA per capsule, but 249 mg. Thus, it is significantly higher dosed than the Solgar product and proportionately much more cost-effective. A jar of 60 capsules lasts two months (or one month for two children), whereas the Lit'l squirts have a two-per-day formula, meaning the 90-capsule jar only provides 45 daily doses (for two children, this would run out in just 22 days).
