One of the many in the daily stack to keep everything running smoothly. Excellent.
This is one of the supplements in the stack, following a blood type test. Whose stack? My stack. From which you can determine what the 'gaps' are in your diet. Under the guise of: you are what you eat (& drink). So, just part of the whole. My advice: If you look under your own personal bonnet, different things might come up. Everyone's puzzle piece is different. Regarding this supplement, I don't necessarily feel a direct difference. But, I just feel good with it. So, it's a keeper. ✅
I took them for three months due to the [.....] in my calves. Then I stopped taking the tablets for two months, and the [.....] in my calves returned quite quickly. I am now taking them again and the [.....] have gone away, so it does help; I can now sleep peacefully again.

Is this chemically bonded magnesium? Is it Chelated (in English)? This has to do with what form of magnesium is actually used and whether it is Chelated. Thanks
