Vitamin K2 MK7 is not soy and does not contain traces of soy, regardless of the raw materials used to form the vitamin. All molecules have been completely transformed through an extensive process. This formula therefore contains no proteins or DNA from soy, not even soy oil, and is also suitable for people who are sensitive to soy.

On 09 september 2019 by Customer serviceThis is not a known or expected side effect of vitamin K2, even at a dosage of 1000 mcg per day, but in rare cases it can occur. If it was a one-time occurrence, it is possible that the dizziness had another cause. If the dizziness consistently returns after taking 1000 mcg and disappears when you stop taking it, then there is likely a causal relationship, and it is advisable to use a lower dosage. Normally, dosages between 45 and 400 mcg per day are more than sufficient.
