Ingredients

Take 2 capsules once daily in the morning with water during a meal.
Not suitable for children up to and including 10 years of age.
Consult your doctor or pharmacist before using a vitamin K2 supplement if taking coumarin derivatives (anticoagulants such as warfarin, acenocoumarol, and phenprocoumon).
