Organic Almond Protein is plant-based and a good alternative to (animal) protein sources such as Whey and Soy proteins.

It has a high protein content, making it ideal for athletes, people with an active lifestyle, and also for those who wish to use plant-based proteins.

Proteins contribute to the building, maintenance, and repair of muscles.

Almond protein is made from blanched almonds that are pressed, defatted, and finely ground. As a result, it contains much less fat and much more protein than regular ground almonds.

It works very well and is also tasty; you can add it to a delicious smoothie. I find it better than Raw Fit. But that’s just my opinion.

Usage

Organic Almond Protein is suitable for daily use and can be consumed either before or after training, during meals, or before bedtime.

Mix 2 scoops (approx. 30 g) in a blender, mixer, or shaker with 250 ml of water, fruit juice, or smoothie.

Also suitable as an extra addition to muesli breakfast. Moreover, it is a delightful substitute for flour in baked goods such as pancakes, bread, pastries, cookies, or cake (replace 25% of the original flour).

Use extra liquid as almond flour absorbs a lot of moisture and less sugar as it is naturally sweet. Or make almond milk by dissolving 25 grams of Almond Protein in 250 ml of water.

This product can be used during pregnancy. However, always inform your midwife when using supplements.

What are the ingredients? Is there sugar or a sugar substitute in these proteins?

So, no sugar substitutes or other additives.
