Can you take the capsules if you remove the casing? I'm not sure if I can swallow the capsule whole. Or is there also a powder available? I'd love to hear from you. Thanks!

Does this dietary supplement affect the effectiveness of contraception?

I have a thyroid condition. Currently, it is stable. Does this supplement have no effect on the thyroid??
