Each tablet contains:
Vitamin B12                         100 µg (4000% NRV*)
*NRV = Nutrient Reference Value.

Ingredients:
Dicalcium Phosphate, Cellulose, Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid, Magnesium Stearate, Vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin).

Usage
Take 1 tablet daily with a meal.
Do not take during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
