Taurine, Rice Flour, Capsule (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose), Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide.

Usage:
1-3 capsules per day, unless otherwise advised.
Amino acids are best taken with fruit juice or water; not with milk. An amino acid is best taken half an hour before a meal or at bedtime.
