Ingredients
L-Carnitine L-Tartrate, capsule (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose), Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate, Cellulose.

Usage:
Take 1 capsule per day with water or fruit juice, unless otherwise advised. An amino acid is best taken half an hour before each meal or at bedtime. Do not use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
