Composition per daily dosage of 3 capsules
L-Histidine HCl                                         1500 mg 

Ingredients
L-Histidine HCl, Capsule (Gelatine), anti-caking agent (Magnesium Stearate), Silicon Dioxide.

Usage:
1 to 6 capsules per day with water or fruit juice, unless otherwise advised. An amino acid is best taken half an hour before a meal or at bedtime.

This product is not recommended for children, during pregnancy, or while breastfeeding.

Store in a cool dry place, protected from light.
