Cranberry juice has long been popular, especially among women, for its ability to help maintain a healthy environment in the bladder. Due to the sharp taste of the juice, many cranberry drinks contain a lot of sugar (and therefore calories) to compensate. Lamberts Cranberry Complex is made from fresh, mature cranberries that have been washed and cleared of unwanted substances. The juice is then dehydrated at a low temperature, pressed, and dried to produce a sugar-free concentrate. This offers a unique opportunity for use in sugar-free diets. On average, 25 grams of fresh cranberries are used for just one gram of Lamberts concentrate.

Cranberry Complex is mixed with a complex carbohydrate called
fructo-oligosaccharide (FOS), a sweet, easily soluble substance extracted from chicory roots.

Dosage
Daily 5 to 10 grams mixed in cold water or fruit juice. 1 full teaspoon = 5 grams
