Many valuable antioxidants are nutrients that we obtain from our diet. Increasingly, the effectiveness of each antioxidant is measured and compared in ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity)* units. Interestingly, certain plant phenols are much more antioxidative than vitamins C and E.

Lamberts' new Super Strength Antioxidant Complex contains a unique ORAC blend from green tea, rosemary, and oregano extracts.

Each tablet provides no less than 10,000 ORAC units.

* ORAC = the capacity to absorb/neutralise oxygen radicals
