Beneficial for a balanced gut flora. Supports healthy stomach function. Appetite stimulant. Aids digestion. Soothing effect on the respiratory system. Can also be used as a culinary herb in bread, pastries, salads, carrots, red cabbage, cucumber, tomatoes, and desserts. Also suitable for use in warm milk.
Usage:
2 tablespoons of herbs per half litre of boiling water. Let steep for 10 minutes as tea. Drink a cup warm or cold 3 times a day. May be sweetened.
Store in a cool, dry place.
