Herbal preparation
Ingredients:
Cape aloe, senna (leaf), manna, great angelica, camphor, Venetian theriac (angelica, valerian, cinnamon, zedoary, cardamom seed, myrrh), rhubarb root, zedoary, myrrh, silver thistle, saffron.
Preparation:
Pour the contents of this package of Swedish herbs into a 2-litre bottle with 1.5 litres of gin of at least 38% vol. alcohol. Preferably let it steep in the sun/warmth. Shake this mixture several times a day for 14 days. Afterwards, you can filter the small Swedish herbal bitter through a cloth with cotton wool, after which you can fill it into small bottles. Store the small Swedish herbal bitter in a dark place at room temperature.
