Usage:
2 tablespoons of herbs per half litre of boiling water. Let it steep for 10 minutes as tea. Drink a cup warm or cold, three times a day. Can be sweetened.

Good value for money
Used from 37 weeks of pregnancy and I can’t say that it has really worked, but I can’t deny it either. You simply will never know, but it can’t do any harm from 37 weeks (that’s what I’ve understood).
Fast delivery and it looked fresh. I have ordered raspberry leaf tea from several sites, but the leaves were always brown and seemed old. So I am very satisfied now!!
I use raspberry leaf to strengthen my uterus for childbirth; it is said to be helpful for that. I use it in boiling water and find it has a pleasant taste and aroma. Let it steep for 10 minutes and you have a lovely tea.

Can I use this after 38 weeks of pregnancy?
On 25 may 2021 by Customer serviceFrom 34 weeks, the tea can be consumed regularly during pregnancy and also during labour.
