Pu erh tea (Camellia sinensis)
Enjoy a cup of Pu-Erh tea three times a day. Place the bag in a cup, pour boiling water over it, and let it steep for 3-5 minutes. Tip: drink at least 1.5 to 2 litres of fluid per day, preferably in the form of (spring) water, freshly pressed fruit juice, vegetable juice, or herbal tea.
Store in a dry, dark, and sealed place.
