A delightful product, and just like everything I have purchased so far from vitaminstore.nl, it is of excellent quality. I mix it with cleavers or the tea for a good night's sleep. Fantastic. It's better not to pour boiling water over the herbal tea but to wait until it has cooled down a bit. M.J. Hendriks
Cut nettle leaves, horsetail, shepherd's purse, cut valerian root, are all beneficial for menopause/memo breaks. Use one teaspoon of each herb in a tea strainer.
