Also known as smoked tea. In China and also in Formosa, they sometimes dry the tea over a wood fire, which gives it that distinctive smoky flavour. When drunk pure, this tea tastes very strong. It blends well with regular tea, such as Orange Pekoe or Lapsang Souchong.
Usage: Allow to steep for approximately 5 to 7 minutes
