I have been using this tea for several years now. About 1.5 litres per day. Reason: kidney stone formation. Since I started using the tea, no kidney stones have been detected.
I have suffered greatly from kidney stone attacks. Through acquaintances, I was introduced to Kumis tea. I was sceptical at first, thinking it was just another fad. I started using Kumis tea, underwent surgery, and have not observed any further development of kidney stones (or attacks) since. I drink about 1 litre a day made with 3 tablespoons of tea.
