More about this product
Inulin is naturally found in the roots of plants such as elecampane, chicory, Jerusalem artichoke, dandelion, black salsify, and artichoke, which grow in cold-temperate regions. As these vegetables are consumed less frequently than in the past, modern diets are lower in inulin. Nowadays, inulin is extracted from chicory root.
