Cut nettle leaf, horsetail, shepherd's purse, cut valerian root, are very helpful for menopause/memo break. To make tea, put one teaspoon of each herb in a tea strainer, pour warm water over it, and let it steep for a while. Drink this three times a day; it helps a lot. I recommend buying them at Vitamine Store. They sell everything from Jacob Hooy. I am very pleased with that.
