Green, non-fermented tea from Formosa with pellet-like leaves that unfurl into large leaves in the teapot. Also known as 'curly tea'. The infusion is very light in colour and contains little caffeine.

Usage:
1 teaspoon per cup of hot water. Let it steep for 2 - 3 minutes as tea. For a stronger but more bitter aroma, let the tea steep for 5 - 7 minutes.

Very mild flavour

I love green tea, and I do enjoy (somewhat) stronger tea, but this tea is so mild in flavour that I have to add quite a lot to a single cup, making it quite an expensive affair. I find it a shame for the tea. However, if you do prefer very mild tea, then this is the tea for you.
