Hemp seed oil, hemp paste (leaf and flower). contains approximately 500 mg CBD
Drop a few drops under the tongue 2-3 times a day. Leave the oil in the mouth for 1 minute before swallowing. Max. 10 drops per day. Gradually increase dosage, this varies per person.
Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Store at room temperature.
TIP: You can also mix the oil with, for example, a tablespoon of yoghurt, so it sticks less in your mouth and the "herbal" taste will be much less strong. A sip of water afterwards and the taste is gone. Holding the oil in its unmixed form in the mouth is better for absorption, but many people find this too unpleasant. Mixing with some yoghurt is then a fine alternative.
Do not exceed the daily recommended amount.
Keep out of reach of children.
