Usage:
2 tablespoons of herbs in half a litre of boiling water. Let it steep for 10 minutes as tea. Drink a cup three times daily, warm or cold. May be sweetened.
Composition:
Aniseed, Sage, Thyme, Tricolour Violet, Marshmallow Leaf, Mullein, Lungwort, Peppermint, Plantain, Irish Moss, Mallow Leaf, and Chamomile.
