Squeeze the HeltiQ bran bath bottle 6 times and dissolve the substance in a basin or bath with lukewarm water of at least 3 litres and a maximum of 50 litres. Then sit in the bath or gently apply the solution to the skin with a washcloth. Do not use soap or shampoo in the bath. Do not rinse the body with water after bathing.
