Go Sorbes Domestica is a plant-based dietary supplement.
Composition per daily dosage (=6 ml):
Sorbus domestica gemmae 6 ml.
Ingredients:

Excipients:
Bio-ethanol, water, and glycerine. Contains 36% (v/v) alcohol.
Organic cultivation and production.
Dosage and usage
Unless otherwise advised, adults should take 30 to 50 drops three times a day. Children (6-12 years) should take 15 to 25 drops three times a day. Children (2-6 years) should take 10 drops three times a day.
Preferably take the drops half an hour before or at least an hour after meals. The drops can be taken undiluted or mixed with a small amount of water, herbal tea, or fruit juice.
If no improvement in symptoms is noticed after 7 consecutive days of use, or if symptoms return, a doctor should be consulted.
