Very good
For me, it is a beneficial addition to a healthy diet to support during pregnancy.
Unique composition with a pleasant form of folic acid. Very satisfied with it, I've been taking these for a long time.
The vitamins are easy to swallow and have no aftertaste. So far, according to my periodic blood tests, they seem to be effective.
I've been using this multi since September, but after a blood test, I'm very disappointed. I preferred organic, but this one doesn't really work well.
Vegetable and fruit extracts
To enhance absorption, vegetable and fruit extracts have been added to the supplement. This allows the body to better recognise the nutrient, resulting in improved absorption by the body.

However, a more finely dosed option in capsule form is Multi Mama. This contains vitamins and minerals in a well-balanced ratio in 1 capsule. Vitamin D3 is dosed higher, as is the amount of iron, and it’s supplemented with choline. The recommended amount of folic acid is the same in both.
Extra Omega-3 fatty acids are often recommended, with a relatively higher proportion of DHA, as this isn’t typically included in a standard multivitamin. For example, Vegan Algae Oil.
Hello! I read that this supplement contains only rice as an excipient. Since rice contains arsenic, I wonder if it's actually good to use this supplement daily and for the long term? Thanks in advance!

Good evening, I've been taking this multi for half a year now. I am currently 5 weeks pregnant and continue to take it. This is also because it provides me with 400 mcg of folate per day. This is listed on your website as the best absorbable form. Now, someone just sent me an article from Lareb.nl stating that folic acid is preferred because more research has been conducted on it, and not on folate. This has made me anxious. I have no idea whether I've been taking the right thing during these first weeks of my pregnancy. Furthermore, I had another question about vitamin D. I've been taking 25 mcg per day for quite some time. In December, my blood level was 54. In addition to this pregnancy multi, I still take the extra 25 mcg separately. This amounts to a total of 40 mcg per day. Is this a safe amount during pregnancy? Thank you in advance, A concerned pregnant woman

This makes folate not only more effective but also more quickly absorbed. Both forms belong to the B vitamins, and any excess amounts are excreted through urine.
Regarding the vitamin D. The acceptable upper limit is 100 mcg per day. You can safely use the supplements.
I see these multivitamins for pregnancy contain papaya leaf extract. Is this safe for pregnant women? I've read some research suggesting it's advisable to avoid papaya leaf extract during pregnancy.

During pregnancy, I am curious if an additional vitamin D supplement (Solgar 1000 IU) would be appropriate with this, as I am not often exposed to sunlight. Previously, I took LucoVitaal Super Visolie Omega 3 before becoming pregnant. Which omega 3 would be suitable to use alongside this? Are there other brands you might recommend?
