Does its job, but quite pricey

This is the only D3 that I seem to absorb well. Made from moss. High dosage. Great brand.

Essential Organics' vitamin D is a unique type of vitamin D because it is derived from lichens. This makes the vitamin D 100% plant-based. The only excipient in this supplement is brown rice, which makes the supplement completely pure. The capsules are also 100% plant-based. The supplements come in the form of Plantcaps®, made from tapioca (derived from the cassava root). The capsules are mini-sized to make them easier to swallow.

Is it possible to open the D3 forte capsule?

Dear Sir/Madam, How can it be D3 if it is entirely plant-based? I thought plant-based was always D2? I would appreciate an explanation on this matter. Kind regards, Vicky Postuma

Is the ingredient brown rice of organic origin? Is it organically grown rice?
