This is my favourite brand and my favourite webshop to order it from. This multi for men is truly a gem. I use the multi for women myself.
As an intensive athlete, I am very pleased with this supplement because, in my view, it meets my needs. I consider it a significant advantage that no synthetic additives have been used. Previously, I often experienced a bloated feeling after taking supplements, but with this one, I no longer have that issue.
Essential Organics Multi Man Forte is a comprehensive multivitamin and mineral dietary supplement that provides structural support, specifically for the adult man.
In addition to vitamins and minerals, Essential Organics Multi Man Forte contains an extensive mix of antioxidants including astaxanthin, alpha-lipoic acid in the most absorbable R-variant, phytosomal curcumin, saw palmetto, and co-enzyme Q10.
This product contains higher amounts of vitamins, minerals, and nutrients in all aspects compared to Essential Organics Menplex, offers them in well-absorbable compounds, and comes in capsules instead of tablets.
Contained in a vegetable capsule made from the tapioca plant, using natural excipients based on (brown) rice. So: pure and with minimal additives.
This product contains NO yeast, added sugar, or synthetic colour or flavourings.
Contains vitamin B12 in two biologically active forms, which contribute to the formation of red blood cells and counteract fatigue. Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels. Vitamin D3 contributes to the maintenance of normal muscle function. The multiple B vitamins (B1, B3, B5, B6, and B12) activate the body's natural energy.

I notice that this product contains more vitamins and minerals that I want than the multi for women. Can I take this one, or will I be getting too much of something as a woman? Or does the multi for women have additional benefits compared to this multi for men?

Meanwhile, the multi for women has additional supplements focusing on bones, hair, nails, skin, B vitamins, and iron levels.
However, the Multi Pure Man can also be used by women!
Can I combine the multi man forte from essential organics with the concentration & focus from essential, or will I get too much vitamin B? Kindly, your response.
