Essential Organics Concentration & Focus includes L-Theanine, an amino acid naturally found in tea leaves, such as green and white tea. Extracts of Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) and Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) are also included, traditionally known for their support in reducing tension and insomnia. Iron and Iodine are included as these minerals contribute to normal cognitive function. Iron also aids in normal oxygen transport in the body.
Vitamin B3 supports energy levels and helps reduce fatigue. It also contributes to the proper functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological functions such as concentration and learning ability.
Vitamin B12, in two biologically active forms, supports memory and concentration.
This product contains NO yeast, added sugar, or synthetic colour or flavourings.

In principle, this supplement can be combined with a mood support supplement and magnesium, as these supplements have different functions and contain different ingredients.
If you are unsure whether this combination is suitable for you, it is always wise to discuss it with your doctor.
Can my 12-year-old daughter take "concentration and focus" vitamins in combination with vitamin D?
On 27 june 2021 by Customer serviceOnly if there is a deficiency. This product already contains a good maintenance dose of vitamin D.
Can 'Concentration & focus' be taken in combination with the Essential Organics multivitamin or female multiple, extra magnesium, and Solgar's herbal female? And does this supplement / its ingredients have any side effects or negative impacts? For instance, is there an adjustment period, or is there withdrawal when you stop taking it?
