It states that 2 capsules may be taken spread throughout the day. May I also take 2 capsules at once?
On 12 august 2024 by Customer serviceThe product Essential Organics Pure - Activity indeed advises taking two capsules per day, spread throughout the day. While it is possible to take both capsules at once, it is better to spread them out for a more gradual absorption of the nutrients. However, if it is more convenient for you to take them at once, that shouldn't be a major issue!
