What is Essential Organics Activity and what is it used for?
Essential Organics Activity is a dietary supplement used to support energy levels. Vitamin B12 helps in the production of red blood cells. Red blood cells are responsible for transporting oxygen throughout the body.
Essential Organics Activity contains vitamin B12 in the biologically active forms of methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin. This supports energy levels, has a positive effect on the functioning of the nervous system, and improves concentration.
Panax Ginseng extract is added; traditionally known for its contribution to physical and mental recovery and support against fatigue.
Guarana extract is included because it stimulates metabolism and increases the burning of body fat.

Ingredients
Vitamins, minerals, guarana extract, panax ginseng extract, brown rice extract (excipient, anti-caking agent), vegetable and fruit extracts (blueberry, broccoli, rosehip, papaya leaf, pumpkin seed). Vegetable capsule: pullulan (cassava plant)
Take 1 capsule twice daily during or after a meal with water.
This dietary supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 17 years of age.
Contains caffeine from the guarana extract, 20 mg per daily dose, which is equivalent to slightly less than a third of a cup of espresso, and ginseng.

While it is possible to take both capsules at once, it is better to spread them out for a more gradual absorption of the nutrients. However, if it is more convenient for you to take them at once, that shouldn't be a major issue!
Can this product be used in conjunction with breastfeeding?
