I have been using this for years and it is truly a fantastic vitamin without colourings, yeast, etc. for a superb price, and I feel: fantastic!
I have been using this multivitamin for years with complete satisfaction! It is a very good product for a very reasonable price! And very importantly for me, it contains no added yeast, gluten, sugar, lactose, soy or synthetic colour or flavouring agents. Plus, you only need to take one per day, which is quite nice.
I use Essential Organics All-Family to ensure I receive the basic amount of necessary vitamins and minerals. It doesn’t hurt, as they say. Furthermore, due to its balanced organic composition for good absorption and the absence of synthetic ingredients. And due to the favourable price. I have also noticed a clear difference in my immunity for the past four years: I’ve hardly been ill, apart from a few days of a runny nose. Highly recommended.

On 28 march 2018 by Customer serviceHowever, the All Family now provides 4.8 mg of beta-carotene, while the All Family Forte contains 0.8 mg of beta-carotene, so in terms of that nutrient (a precursor to vitamin A), the regular All Family is actually higher dosed than the Forte variant.
The amount of iron in the All Family is slightly higher than in the All Family Forte, namely 14 mg instead of 12 mg.
So yes, since the change in composition, the regular All Family has actually become more potent than the All Family Forte.
On the other hand, the Forte does contain a higher dose of magnesium: 110 mg instead of 45 mg. The Forte also has more vitamin C, specifically 150 mg instead of 60 mg. Therefore, it varies by nutrient which of the two is higher dosed.

The All Family Forte contains a significantly higher dosage of vegetable and fruit complex (namely 126 mg instead of 75 mg). Additionally, the Forte variant includes a PABA & lecithin mix of 30 mg.
The non-Forte variant contains six times as much beta-carotene compared to the Forte variant.
Personally, I would choose the non-Forte variant. The difference between zinc citrate and zinc sulfate is negligible compared to the enormous difference in the amount of beta-carotene and the lower dosages of substances such as iron and chromium.
