Ingredients
FISH OIL, Stabiliser: (capsule shell: glycerol, bovine gelatin, purified water); Evening primrose oil (Oenothera biennies; Antioxidant (alpha-tocopherol).
For both children and adults:
During the first 12 weeks*: 6 capsules per day, divided over 2 or 3 intakes.
Thereafter: 1 to 2 x per day 2 capsules.
Preferably during meals.
*To replenish the body's stores, it is necessary to start with a higher dosage during the first 12 weeks.

If you are using heart medication, it is very important to consult your doctor before starting a new supplement. Although omega 3 and 6 fatty acids are generally safe, they can, in some cases, interact with medications, including certain types of heart medication.
