Hello, Is this multivitamin also suitable for teenagers aged 12-15 years? They have difficulty swallowing pills, so I am looking for a good multivitamin in the form of chewable tablets.
On 29 december 2022 by Customer serviceDavitamon is indeed suitable for children. Teenagers from the age of 12 have different needs. It's also possible to take a multivitamin in powder form. This can be mixed with some juice or lemonade. A well-suited multi in powder form is the "Every Day Powder" from Vitals.

Children's multivitamins always contain additives for flavour. These can be artificial sweeteners and flavourings or natural ones. The Davitamon Junior chewable tablets are sweetened with sucralose, an artificial sweetener. The Davitamon website does not specify what flavourings are used or what other additives are in the product. It also does not mention how the minerals are bound.
Orthica's Dino Multi is sweetened with a small amount of dextrose and natural Stevia extract. The Dino Multi also contains a bit more vitamin D and iron, and the compounds used for each mineral are known. Therefore, in terms of both composition and information provided, Orthica's product is superior. In my opinion, the price difference is absolutely justified.
