Ashwagandha: min 2.5% withanolides
Maca: min 0.60 macamides, min. 0.60 macaenes
Griffonia: 5 HTP 20%
Rhodiola: min. 3% rosavins, min. 1% salidrosides

Usage
Recommended maintenance dose, 1 capsule twice a day, preferably taken before meals.
Do not use during pregnancy.
Do not use in combination with medications that affect brain metabolism.
