Spirulina is usually difficult for me to ingest due to the flavour, but this one is quite pleasant and, being in tablet form, it is easy to swallow. It feels great to take regularly - packed with nutrients. Chi is a reputable company.
Regular use of spirulina leads to an improvement in numerous bodily processes, allowing the body to eliminate waste products through normal pathways. Ingredients
Spirulina provides us (and our animals) with more than 50 vital nutrients essential for our health: including vitamin B-complex (including the important B12), vitamin A, vitamin D, E and K, minerals like calcium, iron, magnesium, and zinc, natural pigments such as carotenoids (orange), xanthophylls (yellow), phycocyanin (blue), and chlorophyll (green), unsaturated fatty acids (including gamma-linolenic acid), enzymes, and all 8 essential amino acids that form proteins.
• Build-up: first week 1 tablet per day. Second week increase to 2 tablets per day and continue to increase weekly until the desired dosage is reached.
• Maintenance dosage: 3 to 4 tablets per day.
• Children & babies: children 1 to 2 tablets per day.
• Daily dosage can be taken all at once in the morning or spread throughout the day but should not be taken within 3 hours before bedtime as Chi spirulina provides immediate energy.
• For weight loss, take spirulina about half an hour before meals with plenty of water, fruit juice, or vegetable juice.
A healthy lifestyle is important, as is a varied, balanced diet for which supplements are no substitute. Keep out of reach of young children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Store in a cool, dry place, and keep sealed.

Are these tablets gluten-free?

I take Vitals Every Day multi tablet. Can I take spirulina with it? Or is that too much?

The photos accompanying this article also show the refill pack, which I usually have. However, it seems that it cannot be ordered from you. Is this correct?
