I keep coming back to this one because it simply tastes the best.
I use Apple Cider Vinegar for all sorts of things. Think cleaning, detoxing, face masks, and more. This is truly one of those products that you simply must have in your kitchen cupboard.
I use it as a hair conditioner. And for an itchy scalp. Mix with water.

The idea is that apple cider vinegar may help restore the pH balance in your stomach. However, this is not a scientifically proven fact and its effectiveness can vary from person to person.
It's important to remember that apple cider vinegar is very acidic and can damage your teeth or oesophagus if not diluted. It is recommended to dilute it with water before consumption.
