Hello, I'm looking for a vegan K2 supplement. (So not K1. It can contain K1 and vegan vitamin D, but I'm specifically interested in K2). Is this supplement (Bonusan) 100% vegan? Including the vitamin D it contains? So, for example, not derived from wool fat. If not, do you have vegan vitamin K2?

This also contains vitamin D. Is this sufficient? Is it then unnecessary to take an additional vitamin D supplement?
On 01 november 2020 by Customer service10 mcg of vitamin D is the minimum recommended dosage but not always the optimal dosage. Especially in winter, we advise a higher dose of around 50 mcg per day.
On 09 april 2018 by Customer serviceK1 is also not active for very long. After three or four hours, its effects are largely diminished. This is because K1 is almost exclusively transported to the liver after ingestion, where it exerts its influence.
K2, on the other hand, is distributed more throughout the rest of the body and remains active there for a longer duration.
There is no maximum upper limit for vitamin K. Therefore, the dosages in this product are safe.
