Taurine, glutamine, capsule shell (HPMC (cellulose)), tyrosine, phenylalanine, tryptophan, grape seed (Vitis vinifera), rice extract, CMP (cytidine-5'-monophosphate), UMP (uridine-5'-monophosphate), pyridoxal-5-phosphate, 5-methyltetrahydrofolate (glucosamine salt), methylcobalamin, adenosylcobalamin/dibencozide.
Does not contain:
GMOs, corn, soy, yeast, gluten, lactose, added sucrose, synthetic colour, flavour, and fragrance additives.
Unless otherwise advised, take 1 to 2 capsules daily at least half an hour before a meal.
Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Do not take the capsules with protein-containing foods.
If you have difficulty swallowing, the capsule may be opened.
