Ingredients
Tryptophan, capsule shell (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), anti-caking agent (ascorbyl palmitate), nicotinamide, iron fumarate, pyridoxal-5-phosphate, (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid glucosamine salt, methylcobalamin.
Unless otherwise recommended, take 1 to 2 capsules daily at least half an hour before meals or half an hour before bedtime. Preferably take with (a glass of) fruit juice. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. If you have difficulty swallowing, the capsule may be opened.
Not suitable for children under 1 year of age.
