Gamma-aminobutyric acid, capsule shell (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), Valeriana officinalis, nicotinamide, anti-caking agent (fatty acid esters of ascorbic acid), calcium-D-pantothenate, D-biotin, riboflavin, thiamine hydrochloride, pyridoxal-5'-phosphate, (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid/glucosamine salt, adenosylcobalamin, methylcobalamin.
Unless otherwise recommended, take 1 to 2 capsules daily at least half an hour before a meal or half an hour before bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. If you have difficulty swallowing, the capsule may be opened. Do not take with protein-containing foods.
Not suitable for children under 1 year.
