Take 1 to 4 times daily 2 scoops dissolved in water or fruit juice. One level scoop is equivalent to approximately 0.6 grams of powder. Betaine is best taken during or shortly after a meal. In people with a rare deficiency of the enzyme demethylglycine dehydrogenase, TMG can cause an unpleasant body odour. A scoop is included.

• Per daily dose more than 3 mg of vitamin B6: this dietary supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 3 years.
