Unless otherwise recommended, take one capsule daily. Preferably on an empty stomach before bedtime or half an hour before breakfast. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

It is possible that when starting a supplement with bacterial strains or fibres, gas or cramps may occur. Although this may be uncomfortable, it is completely normal and means the bacteria have reached the gut alive. After a few days to a week, the body adjusts and these symptoms decrease or disappear. It may help to start with half a dose for the first week.
