Ingredients
Maltodextrin, inulin, mix of bacterial strains.
Unless otherwise recommended, mix the contents of a sachet with a glass of water, stir briefly, and drink. Preferably consume on an empty stomach before going to bed or otherwise half an hour before breakfast.
It can occur that when starting with a supplement containing bacterial strains, gas formation or cramps may arise. Although this may be uncomfortable, it is completely normal and means that the bacteria have reached the intestines alive. After a few days to a week, the body adapts, and these symptoms reduce or disappear. It may help to start with a half dose during the first week.
Store dry and sealed at room temperature.

It is intended to be mixed with water, juice, or yoghurt. If you have any other questions, do let us know!
Good morning, I take Super L-Lysine half an hour before breakfast every morning. Now I see that probiotics should also be taken on an empty stomach. Can I combine the two? I would really like to know. Kind regards, Sharon
