Astragalus and eleutherococcus are two unique forms of ginseng.
The shiitake extract in this product is made from the mycelium and is standardised on lentinan. Lentinan is an important soluble dietary fibre. The root of astragalus also contains a lot of dietary fibre.

Astragalus membranaceus (milkvetch) root extract, standardised to a minimum of 71% polysaccharides 900 mg
Eleutherococcus senticosus (Siberian ginseng) root extract, standardised to a minimum of 0.8% total eleutherosides 240 mg
Lentinula edodes (shiitake) mycelium extract, contains lentinan 75 mg

Claims
Lactulose contributes to a faster intestinal transit
Riboflavin contributes to the maintenance of normal vision
Take 1 capsule three times daily during or shortly after meals. Preferably spread the intake over different meals. If swallowing is difficult, the capsule may be opened.

Is it safe to take this if you're using pills for high blood pressure, perhaps 1 per day instead of 3? I saw the warning but I would really like to use this.
