Alpha Lipoic Acid 300 mg
Ingredients
Alpha Lipoic Acid, filler (microcrystalline cellulose (cellulose gel)), capsule shell (cellulose (HPMC)), anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate).
Take 1 or 2 capsules daily during or shortly after meals. For general antioxidant protection, 300 mg per day is sufficient. If you have difficulty swallowing, the capsule may be opened.

Alpha lipoic acid may lower blood glucose levels. Therefore, extra caution is needed when combining alpha lipoic acid with anti-diabetic medication. Consult an expert for advice.
