I started taking these drops during a period of high stress, which caused me to sometimes struggle to fall asleep, but I would often wake up in the middle of the night and stay awake. This made me very tired during the day. After taking these drops throughout the day, I found it easier to fall asleep and suddenly I was also sleeping through the night much more often. I still need to see how these drops work in the long term, but so far I am very satisfied.
I find this a good remedy. It really calms me down, even the worrying goes away.
Also contains extracts of Panax ginseng and the Ignatius bean (Strychnos ignatii).
Suitable for children from 6 years old.

Oat extract (Avena sativa) 97.9%, Chinese/Korean ginseng root extract (Panax ginseng), Ignatius bean extract (Strychnos ignatii).
A daily dosage of 3x 20 drops contains the active ingredients of a total of 3000 mg extract of the plants listed in the ingredients list.
Take 20 drops in some water 3 times a day. If desired, take another 20 drops before going to bed.
Children aged 6-12 years: 10 drops 3 times a day.
Children aged 6-12 years: 10 drops 3 times a day.
Food supplement. Read the leaflet before use.
Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
Do not store above 25 degrees Celsius.
